Jay A. Shorr, BA, MBM-C, CAC I-XVI, is the Founder and CEO of Shorr Solutions, an award-winning consulting firm for aesthetic practices. He has served as Vice President of Operations for a leading dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon in South Florida and held partnerships in two top plastic surgery centers. Jay was the only non-medical appointee on the Scientific Advisory Board for The Aesthetic Show from 2017 to 2023 and led Shorr Solutions to win The Aesthetic Guide’s 2018, 2019 and 2021 Best Practice Management Company Awards. In 2023, he was appointed to the IMCAS International Academic Scientific Advisory Board. A respected and sought-after industry speaker, Jay has earned Top Aesthetic Service Provider Awards from Aesthetic Everything from 2017 to 2024 and has been recognized with 2021 and 2024 Lifetime Achievement Awards by The Aesthetic Guide and Aesthetic Everything respectively. From 2011-2012, Jay served as an advisory board member for the NHL Florida Panthers and as of 2024 he serves on the board of directors for the Memorial Foundation and Joe DiMaggio’s Children’s Hospital Foundation. To date, Jay serves as an adjunct faculty member at Florida Atlantic University teaching a Medical Business Management course.
